How is my holiday card designed?
Silverbox pre-designs holiday cards to make the process efficient during the busy holiday season. You choose the card design and photos, and Silverbox places the pictures to finalize the layout. However, if you want to be very involved in the production of the card, Silverbox can comply, but a design fee of $120/hr will be charged. This is because more time is needed to articulate choices to the customer, hear customer feedback, provide examples back to the customer, and hold follow-up discussions before the product is finished. All holiday card pricing is based on packages of 25 with a minimum of 50.


Can I use my own photos in my holiday card design?
Yes, Silverbox can design with your own photos, and works with other photographers. Send them via a zipped folder at checkout or simply email to info@silverboxcreative.com, along with your name. Make sure all images are high resolution .jpgs. If you are sending photos from a photography studio, we will ask for a copyright release.


When is payment due?
When checking out you have a variety of options to select for payment: cash, check, paypal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover).


What is the turn-around time for holiday cards?
Silverbox takes 5 working days to design your finished product. We will then email you an on-line proof for your approval. Once approved, we will then send your card to the printer. The printer takes 5 working days to print. Therefore, standard turn-around time is approximately 2.5 weeks. We do offer expediting options, for an additional fee, depending upon how fast you need your product.

 

Holiday Card Payment - Payment Policy: 
Silverbox requires that payment be made IN FULL before designing. You have the option to pay online with your order using a credit card or paypal. If you opt to pay by cash or check, your card will not go to the printer until that payment has been received.
